Do you know what agencies are involved if there is a large-scale emergency ( disaster or hazard)?

Do you know what to do if there is a large-scale emergency and you are here in Albuquerque, outside the state of NM, or the country…will you be prepared. The goal if this event is to provide information on how to be prepared if caught in a disaster and or hazardous conditions.
